Why we started Aegis

Brad and Jay kept hearing the same story from trades owners in Manchester and beyond. They'd signed with an agency, paid every month, and got a dashboard full of numbers that didn't match what was in their diary. When they asked questions, the replies got slower until they stopped altogether.

So we built the opposite. We work with one company per area, we get measured on fitted work, and we put our own money on the line alongside yours. If you don't earn, we don't earn.

Everything happens in-house, from filming to follow-up, so nothing gets lost between suppliers and you always know who to call.
